This Summer, Aimee’s Library And @TechQuestCamp Present #MSLC2017: Kids Code, Beginning July 29

Our kids are growing up in a radically different world to the one we knew when we were kids.

Now, we are putting coding at the heart of IT education.

Coding is the art of telling a computer how to perform complex tasks. Once you know how to code, you can create virtual worlds within the computer where the only limit on what is possible is your imagination.

In Partnership with TechQuest Camp, we want to put this power into the hands and hearts of our kids.

Our coding summer school is open to ages 6-19. Now is the time to invest in their future.

Dates: Every Saturday, beginning July 29 – Sept. 2
Time: 10am – 2pm

The goal is to complement after school learning with in depth introduction to computer programming in a fun collaborative environment. They believe that teaching children programming is essential to developing their problem solving skills, creative and communication skills.

TechQuest runs several programs to equip kids with the tools they need to excel in nearly any profession, by introducing kids to the vast world of coding using the following tools – Scratch, HTML, RaspBerry Pi & Robotics.
